Will an American Win American Idol?
In the past few weeks many bloggers have been talking about Oprah’s Big Give. Some really love it and others hate it. I have to admit that I still haven’t caught an episode of it yet. So I’m not going to weigh in yet.
In the meantime I’m still an American Idol fan.
Tonight the best performers IMO were two non-Americans, Carly (Irish tattoo chick) and Michael (who I usually just call “the Australian guy”).
Of course they also sang two ’80s songs that I really love, and have since they originally came out.
OK, I have sign off this post and go vote now.

American Idol? What next, Survivor?
Just kidding. I’m a Survivor fan. (Which shocks me. I used to have a “thing” against so-called reality TV!)

LOL - Troy and I are late joiners to the Idol craze. Just started watching last year. I never did get into Survivor but my favorite since season two has been the Amazing Race. I love the travel adventure and watching people work together rather than being so cut-throat.

That’s great! Em and I got into Survivor last year too.
We watched a season of TAR and liked it. But they were really “in your face” with pitting people against each other. So we didn’t stay with it.
